Firefighters battled a blaze that completely destroyed the historic landmark, a beloved part of our community/town/city for over century. The fire, which started shortly after midnight/noon, caused significant damage to the walls of the building. Fortunately/Sadly/Unfortunately, no injuries/casualties/fatalities have been reported at this time.
